All Sam Browne Belts are 'Made to Measure'. For the belt size, measure your waist where you will be wearing the belt (preferably over uniform jacket & poly pants). For the Shoulder Strap size, measure from the top of the belt below the left breast pocket (see picture) and over the right shoulder to the corresponding point at the rear. Please be sure to measure carefully (or have someone do it for you) as we will not accept responsibility for any measuring/size errors once we have received your order.
